1. Does Otwell have in-house installers?

YES! We have installers for tile, wood, vinyl plank, carpet, and countertops. There isn’t much we can’t do!

2. Can I purchase materials only, if I have my own installer?

Absolutely, materials can be ordered at either of our locations and will ship to our store for you to pick up!

3. How much does it cost to get a quote?

Quotes are FREE! You can get a rough quote in-person or over the phone, but final quotes will require a measurement appointment unless you are only purchasing materials.

4. How do I go about getting a quote?

Follow these steps:

• Select Materials in one of our showrooms

• Make an appointment for someone to come measure area

• Someone will email you a quote based on selections and measurements

5. How long does it take for materials to come in?

Material deliveries can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the distributer that the material is being ordered from. We can offer more details when you’ve made your material selections.

6. What areas does Otwell service?

We are currently servicing Monroe, West Monroe, Ruston and the surrounding areas. If you are unsure about the area you live in, give us a call and we can let you know!
